Nokaxus provides free shipping on all orders, and no minimum purchase is necessary.

Please note that all orders placed before 10 am EST Monday – Friday will be processed and shipp- ed that same day. All other orders will be shipped out on the next business day.

Delivery Method

Processing time: within 24 hours;Shipping time: 2~7 working days by FedEx.Exceptions include distant locations and stock availability. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Shipping Damage

The NOKAXUS ships all chairs in unopened boxes that come direct from our manufacturer so customers will receive their chairs in pristine condition. If you should receive a product that has been damaged while in transit please reach out to us at xxx@nokaxus.com and we will certainly be able to address your concerns.
